Julie Rabinovitz-Kershenovich has a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences and Techniques by the Hebraica University, has completed graduate level studies in Education at the Hebraica University and at the Mandel School of Educational Leadership in Jerusalem, a specialty in Jewish Studies by the Universidad Iberoamericana, and English as a Second Language Teaching Certificate recognized by the CELE.

Her main professional areas have been teaching, working in projects related to innovation in education and leading curriculum development and change in educational perspectives. She has also worked in coordinating courses, programs and professional development consultancies for practicing teachers. For several years, she has worked in mid and higher education and has been training teachers in elementary school, high school and college for over 30 years.

Professor Rabinovitz-Kershenovich currently leads the Department for Professional Development at the Hebraica University.
